Yes they can attack and trade other players, they are seen in PK world attacking and trading in the Grand Exchange, they all play as normal players, but they are usually too busy looking for people to ban or mute. Ive traded with a Mod before it was Mod Steveu, he was selling a Dragon Scimitar at the Grand Exchange and i bought it off him for 100k.
