Jax was so much more interesting when he didn't have his mechanical arms for me. Nowadays I don't even care if he's in a game because all he ever does is use his arms for everything and a gun. Honestly I hated it when they gave him a gun in Deadly Alliance. He also seems to be the one panned in the games as the steriotypical black guy. Jax was never a gangster, he was/is a member of the special forces (not meaning the game, UGH) and is supposed to be a protector of earth.
