@injamaven You really care about that? He was one of the best actors in the history of film, and you are like TEEEETH. Lol! No offence meant , it just struck me as funny.
What a remarkable homage to one of the greatest actor of the early film. Conrad Veidt an icon. And what a n incredibly versatile actor he was ! He can easily put the Johnny Depp's of this world to shame...
Wao! The gergeous parades of Conrad from your collections! I can see the remarkable works might be worthy of your passion and enthusiasm about Him. The selection of music would be feld your nice sense.Your sign『edted by,,,』is very succesful for it's modest. Now I would propose you that why don't you start the Conradian College ? ha, ha, ha, Thank you very much make me enjoy by these works.
@ilovetorachan That would be nice - a Conradian College - but I'd be much happier if there were a Conrad Veidt film festival and a star in his memory, on the Hollywood Boulevard "Walk of Fame".
Thank you, Monica. Beautifully done. He died so young (well, 2 years younger than I am now, anyway). It would have been interesting to see the kinds of roles he would have played into his old age. But glad we have as many of his wonderful performances as we do.
Oh, Monica, this is nothing less than a masterpiece of all Connie's brilliant performances. May he r.i.p. I lite a candle from Jerusalem in his memorial today. This was indeed, deeply moving, and I loved it. Thank you so very much for this outstanding. vid. Sue
Thank you Monica. Awesome, heartfelt tribute on this sad anniversary of his passing. What a blessing his films are being preserved and enjoyed today by a whole new generation of fans. Mr. Veidt would be deeply humbled and gratified. Eternal rest, grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
@MinorKeyDancing I felt the necessity of choosing that scene from The Wandering Jew for the end of the film. I felt that Connie should be considered a saint now that he is, for eternity, in a better world.
I was deeply moved. Thank you for sharing your wonderful collection with the world! Connie will always remain in our hearts and mind. That clip featuring him in a top hat and knocking on door 117, is that from Lady Hamilton?
He is so beautiful and talented.

I really enjoyed this. No one else has such a video dedicated to Veidt. May I ask if you will ever provide a list of the films you used?

@veidtgirl So glad you like it. I made it with all my heart. The sequence you are asking about is from Weird Tales.

@veidtgirl Weird Tales aka Eerie Tales is on You Tube. Lady Hamilton is the scene where he is dressed as Lord Nelson in British Naval uniform.
