I grew up as a baby in Mississippi and our house was haunted. My crib was pushed down the stairs while i was taking a nap and it was in the middle of the day (i have a scar ON my eye) and my mom and dad were cooking. They said I almost died. They were no where near me. and my mom has a video of me staring & crying at the bed. I can't recall why but as soon as i started to cry there was a white flash and the glass in the picture frame cracked and fell. I have more, but no more space.

Yes my step bros old house was haunted from my step grandma (well thats what we believe). and we brung a digital cam and on the cam we a saw two lights (like eyes) on the wall. Then after 15 minutes we took a picture of us sitting on the couch (a three person couch) (a chair) (and there was 3 of us) two sat on the couch and 1 sat in the chair we took a picture and there was a distorted figure in a light blue shirt sitting in the empty seat of the couch (aka right next to me)

One last story. Back when I was in like 4th or 5th grade I was up real late doing homework. I was sitting on the couch and everyone else was sleep and the tv and everything was off. Point a video camera at the TV in your basement (turn tv off) and have it record in normal light for a few hours at a time. Review the video and watch for forms/faces on screen. This technique is known to work in capturing entities on film. Look it up, might be what you need.

One last story. Back when I was in like 4th or 5th grade I was up real late doing homework. I was sitting on the couch and everyone else was sleep and the tv and everything was off. I grab the remote to turn the tv on cuz I thought it was too quiet, and when I did a black shadowy figure emerged from the hallway connecting the rooms. It came out so fast and went in from of the tv and it stopped and it seemed like it looked at me and then it disappeared. I ran into my parents' bed lol.

At one time my fam consisted of me and my brother and 3 foster brothers.Our house had a basement that NO ONE wanted to go down into alone cuz weird things happened in there. Also sometimes you could hear footsteps upstairs even when no one was up there. The toilets sometimes flushed themselves. And I see a ghost that looked like my brother one time. He was sleeping in his bed, he raised up, looked at me, smiled then layed back down in a freakishly impossible speed for any human. So creepy!

Sometimes I can hear feet dragging down the hallway when nobody is home except me and the dog and one time everyone was in like livingroom and we were pretty scared because we were watching a horror movie and the wind started blowing though the window even though it was closed and the wind wasnt even blowing outside! and then the curtains fell and they wouldn't stay up untill the movie was over.

my cousin, brother and i were on the first floor (it was night so everyone was sleeping) so we were the only ones up
and the elevator said it was on floor 2
sort of freaky at first so we called it back down to floor 1

Point a video camera at the TV in your basement (turn tv off) and have it record in normal light for a few hours at a time. Review the video and watch for forms/faces on screen. This technique is known to work in capturing entities on film. Look it up, might be what you need.

I live in my grandparents house were my grandfather had his first stroke the thing is when I go in the room were he did I hear what sounds like his voice calling out to me and my dog always barks when this happens then watches the chair which is in the same place as the chair he had the stroke in so I'll walk away to the kitchen and walk back and it's like he's sitting there looking at me. Search online for a voluntary Paranormal team in your area just in case they know anyone who can cleanse the house and give the souls their peace (plus investigate it all). It came to us excorcising the house with a priest since it got pretty hectic.

If you want to get /rid/ of it, then holy water. or have a priest bless the room/house. But yea, tracking it... try setting up a security thermal vision camera. there could be some heat coming off it, or, judging by usual apparitions, an absence of heat.
