  • @MrBaz1988 I wouldnt comment on this is i didnt have expeirence in it. Yes the internet allows for anyone to claim they bench 700lbs and clean 1000lb but people have always lied. I think this is silly and dangerous and stick to demanding but good quality rep's. More benificial for the body. Then again im more in to looking good with my shirt off then screaming in the gym and flailing around under a bar.

  • @ahmadhamad Its a continental clean. If you are reffering to the fact that he rested it on his stomach then put the bar in the catch position that's ok. Thats was a continental clean and press is. Typically strongmen train this way. Strongman almost always do a continental clean in the axle clean and press event

  • @laxmatt35 its a continental clean used in strongman, especially when they have to clean and press with an axle which doesnt rotate. you cant do normal cleans with an axle...
