You know, he was always the "weak" character of teh group, both in usefulness and personallity. However he has his moments, such as the "fuel" bit. Though I don't think his plan was all that stupid, he should have at leats tested the ring first, however he would have been forced to wait for another then, so I guess it is logical that he would want to save it. In any case, if he did find a way to use the rings, that would mean that the entire Freedom Fighter army might also. Not a bad idea really
