Surely it must be the cutoff frequency you modulate, unless you have a modified 2600.

Treu, i control the filter and the resonace is set by hand.

Its a original patch from the arp 1611 sequencer manuell called "sequenced resonance"

So when the resonance is set fully open your sequencing a resonated filter or somthing like that 8)

Resonace is not controllable with cv on the arp 2600
