Thank you for putting some info out there for us viewers. Although some of it was a little off, don't worry about it because we are all learning more and more about things each day... it's life! But I think this has some great pointers for starters, so thanks!
You mentioned rosacea as a skin type, but I'd say that's more of a skin condition. The type of skin you usually hear about is sensitive. Rosacea is a separate issue. Besides that, you've got it right.
Bethany, I truly appreciate your kindness towards those who have commented (nicely or not so nicely) on your videos. Your kindness very much shows God working in your life/through you. Thanks so much for all of your videos and your ever-positive attitude!
Rosacea is not a skin type, but a skin condition. Not watching the rest of this video, because if you want to educate people on something, know what you are talking about.
@beYOUtiful13 Thanks for the info! I totally forgot about zinc oxide, I just don't like it because it can make you look like a ghost (I've probably just seen it applied incorrectly). Hopefully I didn't say ALL sunscreen was bad, that's not what I meant.
@dove267 That's pretty much what I do, actually :-) Or I mix Exuviance's concealer with my moisturizer and that seems to last a while too. It's not as heavy as the Revlon, but still gives good coverage. Tarte's TM is nice as well.
im not trying to be rude, but as someone who is licensed in skin care you should know what your talking about. its ok to talk about your skin type but you really "give" info that is false. skin types are combo, dry, normal, oily and sensitive (acne would be sensitive skin, roseasa (spelling) would also be sensitive skin)..
@eclipze079 I'm not giving false info, to my knowledge. This video is for absolute beginners, in hopes they will look elsewhere for more in depth information on their skin type. I have oily-combo, acne-prone, sensitive skin... the skin "types" can be mixed up in just about every way :-)
Thanks so much! :) What is rosatia? I know, I didn't spell it right ; ) haha, and btw, you should do a meet up in Texas! ! :D I would DIE to meet you :)
I know this is random, but I favorited your very first tutorial ever, watched a lot, and I just want say thank you making videos for all these years! I haven't been a subscriber from the beginning but I've definitely seen 75% of your vids! xx :]

@ohmygoodnessk Thank you for the info! It is a condition, but often can be treated as a skin type with different product lines out there.

EVERY skin type should moisturize. Even oily skin. Or you skin will produce more oil to make up for it.
Also, zinc oxide is a great physical sunblock, its not chemical. It actually helps with acne and can calm skin that is sensitive and red.
You can't say all sunscreen is bad for skin. That's false.
I feel you need to do more research on skin care before you try to help other people.

Thanks for the info! I have a question...
Do you recommend any light foundations/tinted moisturizers (low-end/high-end) that last long on oily skin?
Right now, I mix Revlon colorstay with my moisturizer for a semi-long lasting TM but, its getting to be to much of a hassle.
