Can someone help me with this, please? Which version of this song has a creeeeeaky door opening and an eerie voice saying "Allo?..........Come Eeeen".

Way back in the 60s we had a neighbor who would play his stereo full blast...and really was too annoying..and the only time I could take was when he played The Ventures' music and this was one among them.."Hernando's Hideaway."
