I don't know. Im not sold on them becoming hideous, clumsy looking half in half things. They should become wolves. Maybe they should be very large wolves, but why should they become bipedal klutzes. It would make more sense if they became something that looks well evolved.

Dog soldiers all the way. Wolfen the movie was ok ish but the book was brilliant. told the story from both people and wolfs. the wolfs are actually not werewolfs but highly evolved second strain of wolf. . Very gritty book and the movie never did it justice.

The beast must die is totally corny but it is very informative on the science of how somebody becomes a werewolf. I recommend that movie. You will be totally bored but you will learn something that will put more of an understanding to how the werewolf works. I actually am able to look over all of its flaws and enjoy the movie. I watched it last night. And you won't see werewolves much. And they are real dogs made to look bigger. And it is very 70s and the music and everything is dated.
Wolfen weren't werewolves but skin walkers. Silver Bullet is not only one of my favorite werewolf movies but Probably one of my favorite movies of all time. I thought Wolf blew. I saw that in the theatre and was dissapointed. But definatley good tastes in movies though.

Glad to see Ginger Snaps. However, I do think that "Ginger Snaps 2 Unleashed" was allot scarier. The third one "Ginger snaps Back" (the prequel) was just creepy!

(thats all i can say), wolf was the worst ever, company of wolves is basically red riding hood, and im just glad that none of the twilight movies are on here...

Not relying on all that Computer Generated crap of today, but a good plot in making a good movie. Don't get me wrong because most are decent, but will always be the top three.

Ginger Snaps was crap. Why is it so high? It shouldn't be on any top 10. Dog Soldiers is a personal fav though. Bad Moon is great and Silver Bullet is nice as well.

I see Ur point - only reserving "Werewolf only" films for the "Best Werewolf Films" list....
But then....they're are SO LITTLE "werewolf only" films out there, that it doesn't really make sense to limit the numbers any more.
And being honest, the Van Helsing werewolves just really have what 'I' feel a werewolf should be, so therefore it doesn't really make sense to exlude them from any list.

The beast must die is totally corny but it is very informative on the science of how somebody becomes a werewolf. I recommend that movie. You will be totally bored but you will learn something that will put more of an understanding to how the werewolf works. I actually am able to look over all of its flaws and enjoy the movie. I watched it last night. And you won't see werewolves much. And they are real dogs made to look bigger. And it is very 70s and the music and everything is dated.

Wolfen weren't werewolves but skin walkers. Silver Bullet is not only one of my favorite werewolf movies but Probably one of my favorite movies of all time. I thought Wolf blew. I saw that in the theatre and was dissapointed. But definatley good tastes in movies though.
