  • open 9am to 4am what hours lol

  • Ray Conniff performed the theme song.

  • What a crappy looking neighborhood.

  • I think we transition from footage of the real Queens to Hollywood footage at :41.

  • @ShermanWestlake No that is an actual place in Queens. They changed the front for the into. Someone posted a video on youtube of what the area looks like today and the building is still there.

  • The end of the Jeffersons was always sad because after that is was bedtime, and the next morning started another school week.

  • @Attila709 it was exactly that for me too

  • This had to be in early 1980, as Jean Stapleton was still listed as part of the cast in ABP's 1st season (79-80), though she was only in a handful of episodes.

For Season 2 (80-81), Edith (who Stapleton said she was tired of playing and wanted to move on), was killed off in the 1st episode, which has the famous scene of Archie sitting on the bed crying while holding her slipper.

  • Thanks for posting this. like it better than the singing in the theme for "all in the family".

  • Does ANYBODY have the end credits to this show with OUT a voice-over talking?

  • Looks like a great lineup! Way better than the crap on today for sure.

  • @storrs19 The Sunday night lineup was first set in the 1979-80 season. All of the shows finished in the top 20 in the ratings.

  • @storrs19 People should LET networks know this. To draw BACK into the past!

  • I watched this lineup EVERY Sunday nite!
