At the 4:32 mark you will see the outflow from the South-arm of the Fraser River, Then you will see 2 BC Ferries about to enter Active Pass, Followed by the mv Spirit of BC at the end of the video also bound for Active Pass

130's probably on a short haul like this. even at max zero fuel weight its still gonna be prty light with the small amount of fuel required.
