It is possible to insert all the dynamic action of the Bleach series in a games. Bleach: dark Souls on the NDS is able to do it and it is really fun to play, different than thisn one here which is looking really slow and boring after all.

Yeah, Naruto is boring as hell.

I tried to get into it and Shipuuden, but I kept falling asleep throughout most of the episodes. Bleach is all around more interesting and the music is MUCH better, even if the plot isn't as deep as Naruto's. (But a deep plot does NOT mean a GOOD plot. Honestly, I have a hard time buying the fact that little kids in school clothes can be ninjas. Just saying.)

The game creators, need to do a way better job on this because this game is pathetic. Horrible graphics, dull moves, and the game music is not epic. lol, you can't get psp emulators for pc, the only way around is to get the rom and hack a psp you own, instructions are online (trust me, I looked for ages before eventually jus buying a psp so i could play this)

Some of them are already functional.

Also an emulator of actual hardware cannot be written in flash so I'm afraid you've been looking at the wrong thing.

Anyways like you said, most of games are not supported by currently available emulators so the only chice for people is to grab open source project and work on it or buy the PSP >.>

umm as I like the idea of a Bleach fighting game, this one is kinda dull compared to most, even by psp standards. I want to see one for the main consoles like 360/PS3. I can see the battles being so much more epic that way. Like in DB Raging Blast. I feel like im really in a Dragonball Z fight, it is so intense. I think the same should go for Bleach as well.

Though, the beginning Naruto games were horrid.... I hated the first 3 or 4, but afterwards, they expanded the game from simple beat 'em up style (Like Tekken) and made it into an actual 3D world with other things to do. You could take missions, explore, go fight random things for experience, and THEN play the storyline.
