  • thanks!! questions? what is the temperature on the oven for them? and are they dry like most ppl dry them? i hate it when its dry, i love to cook but i dont know how to cook hehe, anyway thanks for the video it was not too bad :)

  • Go ahead and heat your oven at 375 degrees. Remove the hens from the marinade and place them, breast side down, in a roasting pan. Make sure you baste the hens with some melted butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice every 15 minutes. Turn them after 30 minutes and continue basting. Your hens will be cooked and juicy in 1 hour. Bon appetit!
