My arms are only so longs, and I have to tilt them, which of course introduces a torque to my wimpy arms, causing me to fall. All the while, my effort couses a superflous amount of blood to rush to my face and head, and my neck is strained.
@appa609 If you don't exhale while doing freezes, you feel the blood rushing to your face, and from what people say I get scared when that happens cuz I think my head will explode with too much blood lol

if you are trying this on carpet and finding it difficult, try moving to a hard surface. i failed on my rooms floor for like, 10 mins, then went to my kitchen lino and could do it for quite a while... i don't know why this works so much better, but it does, so try it

could it be that your wrists aren't strong enough? do lots of pushups to strengthen them, and also if you just practice these but leave time for your wrists to recover and get stronger, you'll be alright eventualy

Can you do pushups? if so do them and strengtehn your wrists.
