  • Lol guys..You need to work your forearm before you can like get it good if you just started it. You could hold it for like maybe 2seconds you get better everyday but work out a little more or dont try to hold it to where you hurt yourself!!

  • @appy362 haha well I don't see how spraining your wrist enables you from going to school! but actually its kinda your fault.. of course the lack of sound gives no extra tips but you should never try this without warming up your wrists (and pretty much your whole body) and also no one ever said you were going to be able to do even the first position of the video in one day! its all about constant training and going safe and slow. Just like getting more flxible

  • I feel like my legs are too heavy and I can't get them up while keeping my head down. My arms are only so longs, and I have to tilt them, which of course introduces a torque to my wimpy arms, causing me to fall. All the while, my effort couses a superflous amount of blood to rush to my face and head, and my neck is strained.

    In short, I suck. Good job.

  • @osamio0 its all about core strength... you don't get that from lifting weights or just pressups, its not about power its about focusing it, keep trying n make sure you relax but concentrate!

  • @prettiboiiGOOFY i guess you stop breathing when you do it. If that's not the case then all you can do is practice. The more you practice the easier it becomes and everything will be good.

  • if you are trying this on carpet and finding it difficult, try moving to a hard surface. i failed on my rooms floor for like, 10 mins, then went to my kitchen lino and could do it for quite a while... i don't know why this works so much better, but it does, so try it

    (: ... this won't just make it work... but it makes it easier.

    could it be that your wrists aren't strong enough? do lots of pushups to strengthen them, and also if you just practice these but leave time for your wrists to recover and get stronger, you'll be alright eventualy

    Alright. You need to recondition your wrists.

    Can you do pushups? if so do them and strengtehn your wrists.

    also stretch them every day. it's easy to look some stretches up
