  • @Scottflipside

    not god... people made :)

  • Goosebumps

  • It really is Unearthed!

  • It is super!!!

  • waittt i have the album but this isn't on it :x it's so beautiful!!!

  • wow! just epic. if this does not give you goosebumps there is something wrong with you!

  • this music works your imagination and deepest desires, as how you want to put it. But is for sure touch your hearth. Just close your eyes and relax and let the music takes you anywhere. Listen to the voices and it will take you up and down. that is why I love posthumus.

  • @sisixxx ..............right

  • 8 people have no eardrums ,lol

  • stays crunchy, even in blood!

  • I can see a hot chick dancing to this song in slow motion.

  • The intro of this song could have been a intro for the new Halo ^.^

  • Makes a sandwish in very slow manner...

  • I wish E.S. Posthumus played as my theme song everywhere I went.

  • makes me want to get into a gunfight....in slow motion.

  • dafür hat es sich gelohnt zu leben!

  • This is an absolute delight to the ears. 4,000+ plays on the iPod and counting. One of my favorite songs ever.

  • very magical :)

  • Estremoz

  • I have a playlist of them.I'm listening to it every day...<3

  • This music is for the entire humanity ... anyone with a soul will feel the goosebumps and chills.

  • @WiseGuyFTW fact.. got em already with ebla

  • @NicolaWriter My bad. :)

Any ear can be equally creative with this music.

  • Motivational posters- Don't work

    Motivational speakers- I don't listen

E.S.Posthumus- YES! I am in charge of my life....

somehow this band gives its audience energy and drive

  • I love heavy metal....(black veil brides, bullet for my valentine etc. )....but then again...I LOVE this.

  • @Megan96RS lawlerskates @ bullet for my valentine being heavy metal

  • @NicolaWriter Not everyones a writer fool. I for instance feel like "dancing" to this, in slow, enigmatic motion, feeling the elements rush.

  • @NicolaWriter I'm an engineer and I don't write so I lack a soul/am a sociopath? Wow......

  • @NicolaWriter i agree. this music is sooo beautiful!

  • I'm writing around two stories at once right now. Music like this gives me sooooo many ideas.

  • It's nice to know people can play something other than just an electric quitar and drums. This is what seperates music from art.

  • @Moneymakingpants1 your right, the guitar players and drummer are true artists, playing real music :)

hahaha! XD i kid, i kid, i listen to this as much as i do my thousand foot krutch, three days grace and exies :)

i get what your saying though about that its difrent, but this group contains musicians just like every other group. and as much as i HATE to say it, pop artists like justin beiber(fag), kanye west and others, really are musicians... (gag-cough)

  • @cobaltw Oh no I'm not saying they're not musicians. I just love hearing something other than JUST drums, base and a guitar. It just becomes repetative after a while, Everything sounds the same. This music has real feeling to it. I mean don't get me wrong I listen to popular music when I wanna dance or just have fun. But to me this is real art.

  • @Moneymakingpants1 ohhhh, now i gotya :) and im in the same boat! XD

  • @cobaltw thats a sign that your getting old. lol

  • @Moneymakingpants1 listen to Unstoppable or Kuvera, those were made with heavy electric guitars, metal drums and with the characteristic beautiful string arrangements of E.S. Posthumus ;)

  • Most beautiful piece I've heard. ♥

  • @NicolaWriter

Or don't know how to write? lol

  • This describes every single bit of passion and bloodlust embedded within the bowels of my soul.

  • Esta musica te inspira... hermosa la verdad.

  • Franz Vonlichten died before their last album .. 'Christmas Eve'. the band consisted of Franz Vonlichten and Helmut Vonlichten

  • @noclassatall

You do realize that your posts are the exact thing that you're railing on other people about, don't you?

Take your own advice, shutup and listen to the music already...lmao

  • @noclassatall Then don't read them. Your last sentence was "No one cares." Obviously, people do care, seeing that such comments are generally the highest rated. Way to bring religion into this. I like how my reply had nothing to do with it. Lol.

  • @noclassatall Maybe you should try writing your feelings down. Lol.

  • Comment removed

  • @NicolaWriter or youre totally high and the music has put you into another dimension ^^

  • i heard a song called extremoz it waz f@$*in awesome

  • I like how E.S. Posthumus brings out the creativity in everyone. :)

  • @thrasher1983 just brought out the creativity on youu :)

  • @thrasher1983 they really do I hope to one day be as great a musician as these guys! :D

  • <3

  • Music like this is enough to make people believe in gods and angels as its to good to be made by a mere human

  • wow Epic music for baby making! ;)

ladies get prego from listening to this.

  • My ears, they bleed....too...too much....greatness.

  • Just became a fan. Broke the replay button. Who the hell is this omg its soo dope!

  • There is a big gap between "song" and "music"!!! This great band occurred the difference for both concepts!

  • would your penis explode if you masturbated to this? "/

  • @ZombieManWorks Prob

  • @ZombieManWorks

why would you even consider such a disturbing thing........

  • sounds like something from the lion king when mufasa dies

  • Life is meaningless without music

  • Listening to this really takes away the mind to a better place in a temporary tranquility. Its so moving. For those that dont take this in for what it is, please just leave and not say a word. This is true beauty and a masterful art of creation in the aspect of sound to human understanding

  • All of the Album Unearthed seems oddly familiar to Assassin's Creed (Series).

  • @Michael0697 Unearthed is about 6 years older than the first Assassin's Creed game. Any resemblance would be the other way around.

    Just sayin'.

  • That windinstrument at the very end is called "fujara".

  • I look at the stats and am pleasantly surprised to see:

    Female.....13-17

    Male..........18-24

    Male..........25-34

USA has the most views followed by Canada, Germany/Italy then the rest of the world.

That means a large portion of listeners here (majority?) are the MTV generation, and that just brings a tear to my eye, that means there's still hope that things might just turn out OK. :D

  • @SuperleggeraVW I grew up listening to older 1960-1970 music so that's what I liked. However, I've always had a soft spot for classical. ES Posthumus and Immediate Music is like a modern classical genre therefore I've taken a keen ear to it. I've always said that the path less traveled often leads to the best reward.

  • Its impossible to have sex to this song.

    And I mean it.

    She could die.

  • @Electr0cution I dont know how the hell I did..

I was actually scarred for her

  • @Electr0cution hahahahahahaha xD!!!

  • @Electr0cution Her spine would break.

  • @Electr0cution Oh wow XD

  • @Electr0cution Really?

    Let's shoot for the impossible.

  • @Electr0cution You desecrate this music with your words.

  • @Electr0cution we all die a lil on the inside (with or without this song)...

  • @NicolaWriter actually, sociopaths are probably some of the most emotional people you will meet, simply their ascociative functions are out of whack thus they essnetially ascociate good feelings to things the rest of humanity find abhoring and disgusting (such as rape, murder, torture, etc) and that's why they are identifies as sociopathic/insane in society.

  • dios mio....esto es bellisimo....perfecto <3

  • A heaven without this song playing somewhere in its wilderness would not be a heaven worth going to.

  • "Welcome to Heaven"

  • This one doesnt quite seem to fit the scene for an inspirational speech before a huge war, on the story im writing.. anybody got one of their songs of win that do?

  • @PhatProductinz well depending on the feeling of the speech they have Lepcis magna which has a 'Have hope my brothers for the night is darkest before the dawn' feel. unstoppable has a "We were beaten, broken and scattered, now, is the time, for revenge!" feel. Arise could be used in a multitude of ways. Ulaid is like a clamer version of Lepcis Magna. Nara could be good as well for a more 'hero of teh people' character. hope this helps^^

  • I cannot deny, this is music for the soul, truly amazing!.

  • CASTLEVANIA!!!

  • Thanks for uploading this, but just so you know, the song is called "Estremoz" it's named after a city in Portugal. All of the songs on this album are named after historical cities. :)

  • @artemisfair I too realized that thank u for pointing that out :) and enjoy the epic music!!!

  • I've never felt like this in my whole life. Now, I can die happy, now that I've listenend to this...

  • @NicolaWriter Are you saying sociopaths don't like this music and/or writing? Even sociopaths need good music.

  • One of my favorite songs and will continue to be

  • Reminds me of the Platoon theme at the beginning

  • Gorgeous. c:<3

  • I love reading while listening E.S Prosthumus! It sounds epic!

  • Just stunning music, love Es posthumus!

  • hmmm put this on some clips of karate kid

  • How could I live before the invention of YouTube o.0

  • @rehabcityman Yah man I know...

  • This reminds me of The Lion King.

  • Extremus Est Lingua Latina

  • Is Extremoz an ancient city too?

  • I am writing a fantasy novel and this just made it into my soundtrack. Thank you for posting!

  • ICE CREME PWN

  • The song that played when my friend got hit by a car :l i could have saved him if i was only faster

  • I'm sure the free fall sensation a skydiver gets before he / she pulls their shoot must sound like this...

the earth is slowly getting closer...and you can't fly up, so enjoy the view, cause it wont last long

on a side note, pull the shoot =p

  • this is so tragic

  • EPIC

  • O.o..... Amazing Quality! Thank you So muchfor posting!

  • This is true music

  • This makes farting epic! Like at 5:07 when someone falls near your butt right when you let it rip and he screams in vain, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

  • I clicked on it because when I read Extremoz I thought it said Extreme.. Not so..

  • @LegoFantic epic though...

  • The comments are a bit confusing wtf

  • this song makes me think of:

the hero comes home one day, only to find his beloved wife dead, and as he holds her lifeless body in his arms, his power reacts to his powerful emotions of grief and allconsuming rage. meanwhile, the villain laughs, not realizing the growing light in the distance, or hearing the cry for vengeance. suddenly the wall of his lair is shattered, and the hero stands before him. this time, jail is too good for him. only one man will leave this battle alive.....

  • @toasega dante's inferno? lolol

  • @UBOYINPA sorry, never heard of it......

  • @toasega You described a book called: Waylander - the Drenai Saga (this could be the right name in English(Sorry for BAD English)(If you read these books you will have a flashback where you say: DE JA VU))

  • ... Experimental Sounds After Death?... Lolz.

  • im sad cause i didnt listen to this song before :( Perfect ^-^ 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 stars!!

  • If everyone had a diamond, would they still be worth much? Pushing something into the mainstream just lessens the value of it to those that listened to it before hand... Unless you just want to be the guy that can say he liked it before everyone else.

  • I hardly think pushing music into the mainstream causes it to lose its value. Music, unlike diamonds, is not a status symbol but instead something to be enjoyed and appreciated in its own right. I enjoy Beethoven's ninth just as much knowing that nearly half the world has heard it.

Saying "I liked them before they were cool" is the equivalent to saying "first" on a YouTube video. It's simply nothing to be proud of, and nothing has been contributed to society by being first to hear something.

  • @VivekVish i like you.

  • @VivekVish I beg to differ. Someone was 'the first to hear' God, and look how that fucked the place up!

  • @VivekVish I think a lot of people lose a lot of their style when they make it big. Sometimes they just start doing it for the money. Underground is always fresh.

  • @ITSAJACKAL1111 Underground is sometimes overrated. IT for example.

  • @KzrrainzYes woah woah woah, IT is an amazing story teller, has insane punchlines and a good message, sure he's not the best lyricist out there but he's extremely well balanced. Definitely not overrated. and I agree with VivekVish.

  • @haris75 Maybe, but IMHO he's in the same league as Lil Wayne.

  • @KzrrainzYes Ok either you are mentally retarded or are just trolling me now ;)

  • @haris75 Half trolling, half sane. But what if I was fully serious? I'm retarded because I don't agree with you? I could say that anyone who likes IT is an aspie, but I don't because I can respect opinions that differ from my own. But considering the fact that any time I express any sort of dislike for IT I am attacked by rabid fanboys, that claim could be just about correct.

  • @KzrrainzYes How could you be so naive but pretentious at the same time? It just doesn't make sense.

  • @KzrrainzYes Oh and before you reply with your head up your ass again, I’ll explain myself.

You compared a whack ass rapper with lines like "One egg short of the omelette. Simon says, shoot a nigga in his thigh and leg, Then tell him catch up like mayonnaise" to IT. that my friend is begging for an insult.don’t get it misconstrued, everyone has the right to their own opinion, its just that you started by saying IT is overrated, which could be possible.

  • @KzrrainzYes But then you basically lost all your credibility by saying he’s on Lil Wayne’s level. You’re naive because you think I’m some rabid fanboy who doesn’t respect your opinion, and I really don’t think I need to explain why you’re a pretentious douche. Good day sir.

  • @haris75

    >>"why you’re a pretentious douche."

    >>"you basically lost all your credibility"

Sure you aren't a fanboy. Good day to you too.

  • @VivekVish

So the people who first heard es posthumus and in large part spread his talents by means of word of mouth are not responsible for their current stature? I'm sorry but that's just simply wrong. This entire project started as a sort of grassroots. The people who first heard them ARE important and HAVE contributed to society by bringing this amazing talent to the mainstream audience.

  • @VivekVish what you´re sayin is partly right as partly restricted in terms of your perception. listening to music cause everybody listens to it is as stupid as desperately tryin to listen to something that nobody does: in both cases u are not enjoying music but trying to work on ur personal image in society. there are two sides of a coin ;)

  • @VivekVish ; while you bring up some valid points, you're neglecting the fact that bands generally fall into mainstream when they lose their initial creativity. Many times, when a person says they liked a band "before they were cool", they're implying that somewhere along the line, the band evolved - whether for better or worse - into something totally different.

  • @VivekVish saying first on a video is epic.

  • @VivekVish It means to those who say it that they found and liked something before it became popular and therefore they do not simply like it because it became popular. Pretty simple, really.

  • @VivekVish I'm quoting this for other things, because it's just so true. Thanks for putting my thoughts into words that don't seem irrational.

  • @VivekVish The only exception is being able to share a genuine opinion with a composer or musician in general regarding a 'preview' version of the music. Sometimes a listener can influence that music at that time and only if their view is relevant to the aims of the music.

    Or something like that.

  • @VivekVish but mucicians dont leave of the air :D

  • i DID like it before everyone else.

  • If only this was mainstream...

  • i was about to comment the exact same thing

  • wow i cant belive ive been missing out on this for so long.

  • amazing 5 stars

  • E.S. Posthumus is an US-American music group from Los Angeles which was founded in 2000 by the brothers Helmut and Franz Vonlichten. The E.S. in the name of the group stands for " Experimental sounds "

  • posthumus stands for the living dead in latin

  • posthumous means "after death" in English. In Latin, post means "coming after" and humus means "earth"--as in English, the combination of the words means "after death". However, I don't think anyone would say the word means "living dead".

  • eh thats what i was told awhile back when i was in middle school but thanks for clarifying

  • what nation is this awesome band from

  • I think I heard this song in a film but I can't recall which it was!

  • angels and demons and the davinci code

  • @EpiIogue

Thank you! I haven't seen any of these films though. Hm...

  • I have no idea how you managed to get that username but it's awesome!

  • allrite, i know that the over 9000 joke has something to do with dbz, but i dont get it, can u explain it to me before it drives me insane?

  • @mcridiculose when you go insane could you scream. ITS OVER 9000!!

  • @mcridiculose same here, I don't get it. Even though I like DBZ.
