C32 AMG stage 2

Sounds pretty exotic!!!... However there is no stage 2 for these cars... Never has been at least for tuning or ECU's...

@08turboSS thanks, but actually there is. the tune is different for stock crank pulley, 178 or 185 plus headers etc. people don't call it that because it isn't as simple as switching out the turbo when you max out the performance of the ihi supercharger.

I've got an '02 C32, lovely cars - the stereo's a bit budget for a car of its price and prestige and it would be nice to an LSD out back and a direct-drive supercharger without the electromagnetic clutch cutting boost below 2,300rpm but otherwise it's a beautiful way to drive to work and the gym everyday. :) RESPECT to your car btw Frank. :)

my thoughts exactly actually except the s/c clutch. I think it's quite nice to not have the s/c engaged all the time to boost some what cruising mpg at lower speed.

True. Manual gearbox would be fantastic. If not, the steering wheel gearbox paddle shift buttons like the C55's have would have been nice. :) Nice car again mate. Mine's Brilliant Silver and has just passed 143kms...still superb.

c32 stock is v6 with 354hp

354hp is also correct, but that's DIN rating. the SAE used in the US adjusted to 349hp. due to calculation and some changes in emission requirement.

the e46 M3 suffered more from 343 DIN to 333 SAE.

C32 is a supercgarged V6. With a pulley set, ECU tune and headers it will produce close to 400 hp + or - a few.

my last dyno (pulley, ecu, exhaust, with no header) on dynapack showed 353rwhp and 354rwtq. need to minus about 5-10hp because they dyno on the hub. not the wheel.

The US spec C32 were rated 349hp and 332lb-ft torque. MB's claim was 5.2 second from 0-100km/h which is about 62mph.

quickest time a magazine tested the C32 was 0-60mph in 4.77second and 13.2 @ 106.8mph. 1/4 miles by Motor Trend.
