Mashallah - indeed a beautiful surah from Quran Allah ho Akber - we are indeed lucky to be muslim. I have also heard that if you want to see or test that someone is taken over by Jin you should play this surah in their presence and see how they react... if the reaction is bad and they say turn it of you need to see a specialist and if they dont react - this can be a good sign.

Im a muslim, alhamdoelilahh but i dont pray, please god forgive me, but i listen to koran everyday, i stopped praying a year ago, for personal reasons, but inshalallah i will resume praying as soon as i can.

My mother is doing black magic on me....

Everyday for the past two years.

Sometimes i want to kill her, but im not a killer, im a good muslim.

I will never forgive her

I really dont know what to do.

Please how can i overcome this?

Salaam Alaikum.

I advise you to start praying NOW. Your prayer your connection with Allah. None can remove and protect you from Black Magic except him, and how can you ask him to help you if you dont even pray to him!!

Increase in acts of worship, for this will make you closer to Allah. Also every morning and evening say the duas the Prophet used to say (you can find it in the book "A fortress of a Muslim" which can even be found online if you google it).

Also recite the three quls regularly, for surah Falaq and Nas were revealed for magic.

Pardon, for do you want Allah to forgive your deeds? Advise your mother against this and ask Allah for help and assistance, for if he does not help you then none can help you!!

Overcome this by seeking the help from Allah. Allah is Hayy al Qayyum! He is ever living and never dies, only HE can help you!!!

What makes you think your mother is trying to hurt you? I've never heard of anyone claiming that people can do black magic on them. Humans are powerless to do anything unless Allah (SWT) wills. As for not making salat: listening to the Quran being recited a million times won't help you if you stopped making salat. The reason we strive to memorize the Quran is so that we can use it in the salat. Salat is your conversation with Allah (SWT), where you ask for His forgiveness, guidance and mercy.

Listening to this surah proves SOO many miracles of our creator. I usually have headphones in while i study and end up getting a headache from listening to hours of music (which i have at a pretty low volume). I also dont retain a lot of information. But alhamdullilah, listening to this while studying at the SAME volume as i do with music, i dont get even the slightest headache, and I retain so much more. By the grace of God, I know listening to this, he lets me find more success!! Subhanallah!!
