    so get a life

  • eheh, I was an italian long and triple jump champion for few years... and this man doesn't know what he is talking about. what he teach is used in the professional athletic world since 30 years, but with A LOT of other things too, like the use of feet elastics, run "hight" etc, etc

sorry for my horrible english :P

  • FOFLMAO

  • Thank you Francisco. It is hard work to get the word out but I feel a calling to do it because I realize how valuable it is. I am currently training kids personally with spectacular results. I trained a high school cross country runner and after a few weeks he entered in four events in one day and swept them all. He was never a competitive sprinter and yet won the mile relay against the other teams best sprinters. When he got the baton the other sprinter was 40 yards ahead and my guy beat him.

  • jack you should try implementing your technique with people of younger age. this is the best most efficient way of running and ive done years of research. im a college runner; anyone that is serious about running should take a look at jacks videos carefully.

    thanks jack!!

  • Hi broncostom23, I invite you to promote your way to my viewers and let them decide. I am also interested to learn. I am convinced that I am right and am willing to compare notes with you. My technique is observable science by running 4 steps forward and see that it can only be done by dropping your feet behind. Everyone does it to reach a level pace. Seeing my other videos will make a lot of it clearer. Thank you. Jack

  • he is completely wrong

  • Everyone knows how to run. You learned it subconsciously as a baby when you fell and hopped to your parents' arms. You are limited to your natural instincts. Knowing how the technique works will improve performance.

  • I didn't know jack Daniels knew how to run.

  • super lame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • How do I keep my legs bent while sprinting at top speed?

  • The landing can always be done with the knee bent no matter how fast you run. Keep the tossup as low as possible and don't straighten the leg ahead of the knee.

  • I mean the leg that acts as a "vaulting pole". Am I suppose to slant that back behind me as far as I can?

  • When you land in front of your body the foot stays still for an instant while the top of the leg carries the body from behind the foot to in front of the foot just like a vaulting pole would carry the body. The vault is off center balance so you keep falling forward. Don't feel bad if you don't get it. The scientists couldn't get it either.

  • Actually I understand you completely, you're right.

My question is: should I extend the vaulting leg as far back as possible?

  • The first few steps you don't have to drop the feet far back if you're not sprinting. But when you reach you're level pace you need to drop the feet as close to center as you can. Reaching farther ahead slows the pace.

  • well it help kinda thanks :)
