im not sure about vivo, but i think only NgeeAnn MAC sells the empty palette.

I dont know how much the empty palette costs but each pan should be about $20

You need to buy an empty palette and buy each individual eyeshadow to fill it up. I cant remember colours, didnt keep the label

You can get similar lashes from Ebay, like 100 pieces in one or something like that.

yes i suppose you could get them from EBAY but I prefer to purchase them from shops or direct suppliers. Not a huge fan of Ebay
