THAT HAPPENED TO ME BUT THE HALK GOT IT SO THEN ABOUT 5 DAYS LATER I SEE THE SHIT SO I BRING MY METAL BEE BEE GUN OUT (AIR SOFT) I AIMED BOOM

I SHOT THE NEST DOWN MY RC HELI IS STILL GOOD AND I SAID SSSSST POOR HALK

The hawk or w/e is being chased by other small birds... not chasing your copter imo.

@CrazyHeliDude As a hawk owner ,helidude is absolutely right. My hawk gets chased by birds all the time. That hawk was coming back around for another strike on the chopper. He/she was pretty fricken close that one time :) cool footage! My hawk has attacked slippers, bags, even the masterlock to his birdhouse. They're just opportunistic is all...chopper probably seemed like an easy target...at first lol

@opusjosh - Thanks for the comment. Yeah people have speculated that the hawk was just being chased by the other birds. But the hawks are always being chased by the other birds, regardless if there's a heli or not. It's a "you had to be there" moment. The hawk deliberately came low, and stretch OUT its talons at the heli, to attempt to grab/attack it. Nice to have a hawk expert here who sees this. :)

the hawk knows that your heli is niether compitition or prey, I'd be more worried about the Black Birds, than the hawk. There are MANY vids on YouTube of Red Winged Black Birds taking down R.C. craft but I can't find a single one of a hawk crashing one. Your lucky that the black birds didn't take their eyes off the hawk!

Type in 'Bird attacks RC Predator RQ-1L" and you'll see what I mean. Black birds don't have great eyesight and ur right, they'll chase ANYTHING bigger thatn them away
