okay.. i am a pitcher been pitching for a while.. on a competitive traveling team.. have a ex-college pitching coach. And um your mechanics are ALL wrong your short stepping and not striding out. And you need to follow through with you arm. And also you need to keep your balance. Not trying to be rude, just trying to help.
