  • Thank you for posting this video. It helped me overcome some of my fears of the operation that I was even aware of every step during the surgery, which made me feel comfortable (well, to some extent).

I have a question: do you sometimes when you rub your eyes feel a slight dislocation (like that which happens when u r wearing lenses) which makes the vision hazy for just a second or so and then everything returns to normal?

  • Hello. I had my surgery made last monday. The sting is gone, and only a small discomfort is on my right eye. I see better with left eye, right still a little hazy (more likely contrast loss) i heard this normal. How long it took you to see things back to perfect? The doctor that did mine is 100% accurate and highly recommended

  • Hi! I had LASIK about six months ago. My right eye was almost perfect the day after the operation but my left eye remained hazy for at least two weeks. They're both fine now. Don't worry! You need at least a month or so before you judge the results. Just follow up with your doctor.

  • It's good but... Wth cutting the eyes? They slice it? And wth they do to the cornea...

  • Contrary to what the video says, laser eye surgeries are now accepted by the U.S. Army.. even for those in flight positions, provided that after the surgery you are able to comply with the standards.

  • Thanks for the info. gongonzola9000

Ladies and Gents, you heard it here. Don't just rely on Google but do your own research from reliable sources. New techniques and technology come out constantly. This surgery happened almost 3 years ago and I'm sure there are many new thingamabobs and whozits to make people happy with their vision.

  • You think its 25% or it is 25% Maybe you are counting underground basement operations if they do exist. I also noticed your doom and gloom post of how terrible it is. Yes there are instances of complications but there are also successful procedures.

A simple google search is not research. Sit down and read to find the whole picture good and bad from credible sources then make an informed decision.

  • I think the only reason those crooks get to carry on doing this shotty practice is because of corruption.

  • How are they crooks? Now there are people who do this without proper training, licenses ect... As far as corruption, where?

  • I should have said liars then perhaps. They lie about the risks. They give people false confidence. They misrepresent their product.

  • the video scared the fucking shit out of me

  • 'No Touch'™ laser vision correction.

    This technique evolved from PRK.

It also treats the surface of the cornea but unlike other techniques, requires no assistance from manual surgical instruments. It is the only technique to use exclusively the Excimer Laser from start to finish.

    Check my video!

  • I did the surgery and it failed!! i am still wearing the same glasses after all this pain!!! dunno what to say.....

  • do you know the title of the song that plays?

  • There's a song list in the credits. I just forgot to put in Will Smith's 'Switch'- of which I used about 3 seconds. The main song is A3's 'Woke up this morning'

  • perfect! Many thanks from Greece

  • r u awake during this? I can't imagine seeing all of these tools just jabbing my eye!

  • Ya you are awake and have to keep looking to a point but at least you don't feel a thing.

  • no LASIK isn't for me good music though

  • i love!!! my lasyk xD....im now 20/20..

  • A comment earlier mentioned that this looks painful. In fact, LASIK is pain-free as numbing drops are used.

  • I had Lasik a year and half ago and love it! I wore thick glasses all my life and now only need a light reading prescription for up close (as expected for my age). I've got my flaps and no complaints.

  • wholy shit at 2:14 that looks fuckin painful

  • i agree

  • So, Lasik Eye Surgery turns you into Spiderman?

  • lol seems like that to me

  • Ive been thinking about getting some kind of eye surgery done but im not sure what i want to got with since my eye can't really stay still i have it constantly moveing around and numbing it only makes it so you feel no pain not so you can't move. Ive been thinking between i think its prk (blade free) Or lasik creation of the corneal flap.

  • my vision was ruined at the howerton eye center in austin texas

  • I'm sorry for you. Can you be more specific?

  • lasik doctors are scumbags

  • what exactly does the laser do? i jsut saw a light

  • It burns off a microscopic layer of the cornea for each pulse. The camera doesn't catch that, of course. Google is your friend.

  • i already did it, and its amazing i recomend it to everyone who truly needs it. Its safe doesnty hurt much and recovery is nothing.

  • hi!

PLZ tell me more about it! couse I'm going to do it after one week, I'm nerves and maybe will back at last minut.

Need some one who allresy done it to talk about it.

    Regards / Nanna

  • Talk to your doctor about it. Another thing, for half the price you can have only one eye done. If you are afraid of being blind in both eyes or only have half the dough, you can just do one- no problem. Plus there is a procedure/process of having just one eye corrected that lets you see normally. Look it up and talk to your doc. :)

  • Thanks man - good to see it done! My glasses go in the trash on Monday afternoon...

  • gracias por darla a conoser

  • Very Good mate, amazing eh?
