  • Well, first, you download the game's ENGINE off of elecbyte "dot" com. Then you look on many other websites for characters. Google, infinitymugenteam, mugeninfantry, even esnips sometimes can be good websites for getting characters and stages.

    Anyway MUGEN ain't a game by itself. You make the game, basically.

    Maybe I'm not describing it very well... ^^
