your splits are freakin unreal! the one you do mid pole is my favie! i've been trying it since i saw you do it in another vid and i almost got it, but my back leg won't go straight and stays at an angle so i look like im f*kn fishing or somethin ahaha.. what in the heck do you do to get that flexible? what stretches do you do for your hips and legs?!?!

lol @ fishing in the splits! I honestly just do some really basic straddle stretches, and that's pretty much all I need to do, but I am pretty hip flexible by nature. Yoga Journal had a great hip opening stretch series online somewhere... I bet you could google it :)

An amazing performance, Starr--I'm trying to remember if I have seen you do a spinny on your home pole postings. I loved that spinning split, too. The back hook is actually not a back hook... I'm in front of the pole... it"s called Dolphin spin ;)... I did name the Gemini move, with my leg pulled to my body, and it is the "Sexy Flexy" You can hear Pantera yell out the name of it if you listen :)
