@ShippudenTimes I dislike watching subs, though I'm not saying they're worse or better. I just prefer English when there's English to be had. That said, I DO like the English dub. I don't, however, like how predictable the cast is; of course they did well, they're playing the same archetypes they've played countless times before. That being directly mostly at Yuri Lowenthall and Michelle Ruff, who I have a particular distaste for.

@Studmanafier I'm not sure who that is, but if they do, then I'd probably have the same issue too. There are some I forgive, mind you. Like Stephany Shey. Everyone thinks she uses the same voice(Orihime) for everything, but that's only because her vocal range is so diverse they don't recognize her anywhere else.

@TheAzureCrow .hack. Not that surprising. Plus Digimon but I hated Patamon's voice in Fronteir and Movie 4. Plus Jeri's voice/D-Reaper's voice was awful so no wonder. People mistake me for mono-tone but that's because my voice only changes when I exhibt extreme emotion change like extreme anger

She's a case of a VA with an actually versatile range, though, and she understands that very character doesn't have to sound "attractive" to be played correctly. And why did you bring up your voice o_O? Or... was that a reference to something?

@TheAzureCrow Referrence. I don't like her voice with some characters mainly cause the voice doesn't suit them. During the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Vs Granzemboa fight her yelling voice worked though. I used my voice as a referrence

@Studmanafier Ah. I had no problem with her in TTGL. Thought she, and the entire cast, played it very well(even though I thought almost the entire cast was typical, especially Lowenthal). Seeing Apocalymon's VA as Anti-Spiral was interesting though, since I recall that same voice screaming "WHY DO YOU GET THE PIZZA, WHEN I GET ONLY THE CRUST?!?"
