I've never heard of this one, but I do know that it won't get you high if you just eat it plain. You have to activate the cannabinoids in the THC by baking it.

The reason smoking it gets you high, is because the heat activates the cannabinoids.

Actully no, when you use the solovents to extract the thc you are doing just that, extracting it, which means the thc is was already in the weed, duh, so if you eat you your body slowly break's down the bud giving you a milder longer lasting high most people dont feel it because it is so small because it is being broken down over a long period of time it gives you a slight head change and if you eat it before getting arrested most assume it is the adreneline

These "dumbasses" are correct. You can get high from eating straight bud. That is a fact. Using a polar solvent [such as alcohol] or a lipid based solvent [such as butter, olive oil, etc] are MORE EFFECTIVE ways of getting high by eating. It's much easier for your body to absorb a liquid like the afformentioned oils and alcohols than it is for it to break down a vegetable and absorb it. Once again, you can definitely do it, but it won't be as effective as if you were prepared in oil/booze.

If they suspect that you are under the influence then they have probable cause and can take you in. But in my state they can only take a blood or urine sample with a court order. But they can hold you for 72 hours without charges...... try holding your piss for 3 whole days. Once it's out it's in the public domain and they can test it. BUT pot stays in your system for a long time, so who'e to say when it got there.

simply eating marijuana has no effect. the THC has to be heated to a certain temperature (not sure exactly what it is) in order for it to become active. so really, if you're forced to eat a joint, it's going to waste, but if you avoid getting arrested it's worth it. in fact, it's ingenius. it basically guarantees you'll never get busted for possession.

it actually doesnt need to be heated, its just that you cant digest the plant material well so u dont get the thc out of it. thc is fat-soluble and dissolves better into a hot substance, so when you heat weed in butter the thc dissolves into it, and your body can easily digest butter.
