The female voice shouldn't stand out more, but Lara's voice does stand outs, that's why she's unique. In the chorus, I think the male part is supposed to be the main melody, except for the last line about the smile that he reverts to compliment vocals. As for them, I thought the dude should have sang louder in the beginning cuz the female voice overpowers a bit. So I liked the chorus done the 2nd time. And it is strange to hear Lara's part not as high, but I think the girl did pretty well.
