True, but there have been many people who have gone by the title "Mandalore." One such character, Canderas (sp?), was a bounty hunter and eventually went by the name Mandalore. I like to believe this toy was him.
Nah the "Mandalore" that comes in the Fett Legacy pack, is actually the Mandalore during the Mandalorian Wars before KOTOR; so we never see him in the game, he just mentioned somewhere.
