the 1st one was easy, u made a cut when you moved ur hand out of the camera shot and placed it on the bot of the deck.. after that u just do some fake cuts and its done

the 2nd one is a little more tricky at 1:54 u was looking ur right hand half deck cuz u separated 1 card; at 1:58 u placed that card on the other hand, so now "my card" is the 2nd one. Then you place that half on the top of the deck and "my card" gonna be the 1st.

the last one you placed the card on the 2nd position,
