When I was in the Philippines earlier this year, I had lechon baboy. It was so good, though they used a bamboo pole instead of a metal one. I think the bamboo made it better. LOL!

Nicely done with professional touch. I think you should get a PhD in roasting pigs or make a dissertation for a graduate program. Keep this video I might use this in the future for my research project: Filipino Psychology through making and eating Lechon. I just hope that Benjie, your Lechon Master, didn't leave his pawis and kulangot inside the lechon. If he did, I know now the reason why it's yummy.
