Akrapovic FZ1

I'm looking at getting the akra system for a 2nd generation fz1, would you say that with the silencer (or even without the silencer) that the pipe is close in volume to the stock system? I do a lot of touring so I don't want a pipe that's much louder than the original.

At he beginning it's the same engine. But Yamaha make a lot of modification for the FZ1. So Fz1 isless powerful than the R1

it's the 2005 r1 engine.. which had 150 hp in the r1 as well. The new r1 engine has 190 hp.. I guess it's just fiddling with details.. if you weigh 50 kg instead of 100....

impossible, the busa have 185 hp so the r1 could never ever have 190 hp!!
