Finally! A clear video of the Xbox 360 version of Bayonetta's prologue cutscene. I keep seeing the crappy, but clear PS3 ones here on YouTube or the smooth, but blurry Xbox 360. Bayonetta is shit on the PS3 -- especially the framerate.

She makes deals with them so she can borrow their powers, but in return they get her soul when she dies, and she needs to kill angels as well because her soul won't pay for all the demons she's made contracts with.. or something like that...

another DMC reference if you people don't know is when Bayonetta defeats Sepiantia her infernal demon is a Fire/Hair spider/tarantula named phantasim(somthing somthing i forgot) which refers to the rival boss of DMC1 Phantom ^^

@darknessofkrish True, but America provided Mortal Kombat... which, as of late, is a pretty amazing series. :) Gotta look at both sides to everything, you know.

To each his own, really. Some people prefer FPSes, and there are a lot of American-made FPSes, but there are some japanese FPSes too that some Counter-Strike players will love and some Counter-Strike players will hate. Some people who loved Devil May Cry might hate Bayonetta, too, and some would love this instead/also.

@schwazala Mortal Kombat is my example of how we FAIL at over the top stuff, it's such a turn-off, some things come off so cheesy (it's only good when deliberately humorous) and the violence , gore, animations, too, sometimes they just don't make any sense, MK has always been a killjoy to awesome, and has only gained popularity because it has that staple "omg so much blood it's so cool" but even as a kid it came off as retarded to me. It's getting a little better now, MK9 looks alright.

Even though they both are very powerful, I say it would be a draw really. Dante has the advantage of not being effected with weapons impaled into him but Bayonetta has the advantage of Witch Time. Can't hit what you can't touch. >.> That's all I'm saying.

But dante also has the ability to freeze time, devil trigger, and able to create a shadow duplicate that is just as dangerous as him. he is more versatile than other characters in a way.
