Let me get this right, when I am in the bush with the dogs, the deer know that they are being hunted and are using their best skills to avoid being caught and killed. When you are in a tree stand, covered in Scentlock, sitting on a trail they've been using all summer, they have no idea you are there, they are comfortable and less guarded, then you suprise them by killing them. Somehow I'm less of a sportsman? I enjoy taking deer with my Remington, Browning, or BowTech.
Before you say "anything" has a right to live then maybe you should check the meat of the hamburger you bite into, or maybe what your shoes are made of, maybe even your car seats...who are you to judge what animal has a right to live over another?

Yes, it's Canada, we got some great friends we hunt with up there. Yes, we were on a drive. That is a great ambush point because once they cross the water, their committed and can't see you until it's too late.
