@TMLC1 System is fine, but they are not half as talented as The Mars Volta technically or sonically. Nu-Metal like System was an extension of metal meant to simplify. The Mars Volta works on so many levels that System doesn't because System is just trying to get their stuff out there for mass consumption. TMV is working to further their previous works and go farther creatively than they did before. I like both bands, but their goals are different. Hate isn't necessary.

yes, during TMV's performance I remember SOAD coming out on their set also. (TMV played first) Then they returned the favor with a fat bong rip. Great Show - SOAD could've been playing the CD really loud - they played so well.. TMV played a 20-30 minute long version of Drunkship of Lanterns to finish their set. Epic stuff.

yes, during TMV's performance I remember SOAD coming out on their set also. (TMV played first) Then they returned the favor with a fat bong rip. Great Show - SOAD could've been playing the CD really loud - they played so well.. TMV played a 20-30 minute long version of Drunkship of Lanterns to finish their set. Epic stuff.

I've been getting increasingly annoyed with people spewing negative reactions to this clip. They have a creative process like any artist, and choose to express themselves in different outlooks. Plus, it's just weed. Everyone smokes it, your neighbor, your parents at one point, your fucking dentist. I give them two very enthusiastic thumbs up.
