ill go ahead and respond for you because i know what your going to say, "Zack still can exist without cloud" yes. but only under entirely different circumstances thus altering the game and then you go into the "what ifs"

you could go on for days on how each game WOULD have been without the other or speculate on what the developers would have done had that been the case. The point is without Crises Core or FFVII, Neither one would exist. They are both part of an intricatly woven story and was designed to bring up the "What if" questions. Especially when there isnt much closure to the game.

@Jyrow ummmm. that is what is called a paradox. Neither game/story any way you put it could exist without the other. your both fucking stupid. Cloud was cloned from Zack(infused with jenova cells) which means no zack no cloud. So explain to me how the story could exist without the main character. and you can forget about tiffa, no one came to save her because cloud/zack does not exist.

FF7 was released at the beginning of 1997 while crisis core was released at the end of 2007, a few months more than 10 years. When FF7 was made it had a good storyline and got excellent ratings.

Logically speaking... there would be no Crisis Core if FF7 was never made. It would be different if the release dates were switched around.

But I do understand that CC is a prequel to FF7... But logically... it's still the same. No FF7 = No CC

Yes I do. Like I said, Sephiroth would have won. But I am saying that FF7 came first, therefore FF7 CAN EXIST without Crisis Core. THAT MEANS that Crisis Core came AFTERWARDS! ok I think I got that out of the way.

I understand your logic, but you don't understand that FF7 came first, CC came afterwards. I agree Crisis Core is good but logically speaking, FF7 is better. without that, there is no movie, no story, No Crisis Core. Would be different if switched

It's 2 different stories set in the same world with the same mythology. XIII Versus, appears to be set in a darker time ravaged by war and shit. XIII seems to be in a lighter time of "peace" (obviously it's not peaceful).
