even if you can get a fake med diploma in recto you can't work as a doctor in US or any local hospitals.... kasi andaming exams before you'll be hired. esp in US you have to take 3 USMLE before getting your US med license. so i don't think filipino doctors are not competent enough to work there in US. same with US RNs and PTs.
