@kchristj Mazworx's Sylvia is a space-framed, purpose built drag car that i would imagine uses methanol fuel. Its not a road car, nor is it road legal. So thats not comparable is it?

If you want to go down that route, look at HKS's R34 skyline drag racer. Uses standard road fuel, running 1280hp and is a road legal car. (only non-road legal parts which can easily be changed out are slick tires and a parachute)
