  • thaank you patriot guards, i respect all of your work

  • I am a 100% DAV and a member of the Mississippi Patriot Guard. While we receive thanks for what we do it is us who thank the family for the permission to show colors. I feel it is the very least I can do for those who have served this country.

  • @guitarest99 - Beautifully said. Thank you for my freedom, your service to our country and for riding with the Guard. And thank you for taking a moment to comment on this.

  • Ad Star was nice enough to allow me the use of their footage here for my newest single's music video, "Not Today". Please check it out at youtube.com/watch?v=DJgDnFEzzH0&feature=youtu.be

  • @RichOwen61 I encourage everyone to check out Rich's music video!

  • Thank you for this amazing post, and reminding me how damn proud I am to be a Patriot Guard Rider.

  • @1EvilScooterKitty Thank you, Kitty, for posting and riding!

  • Thank you, PGR. How can I go about joining this group? I am not a rider but I would love to volunteer to be there to honor those who died for our freedom.

  • @redsoxguy18 just go to partiot guard riders.org

  • @redsoxguy18 Thank you for your comment, redsox guy. I appreciate your taking time to watch and comment. Go Yanks.

  • Oh my goodness..I have no words, as a member of The Patriot Guard in Missouri, this did my heart so much good. We have so much inner conflict in our group lately. Your group renews my spirit and I am SO PROUD of the people in your area that lined the streets and SO MANY riders...I wanna move to Southern California! THANK YOU for posting this, I'm adding it to my Facebook and I would like to KNOW your sister. I'm a Support Vehicle aka Cager, as well & ur sis seems to have the same heart as me!

  • @angelflyn2low Thank you, Angel. I appreciate that you took the time to comment. Sorry to hear about the internal conflict(s) within your immediate group. Perhaps a reminder to some about the reason for the PGR would help. At the very least, stay true to your angel heart and your reason(s) for honoring our fallen troops. Let the others have their squabbles. And thank you for sharing this video on your FB page! I think all of you PGR are fantastic people!

  • patriot , or sheep,,,

  • Thanks for posting, the Patriot Guard Riders pay more respect to Americas hero's than politicians do, I pray for the day when every fallen hero's funeral is attended by our President or a representative, and their funerals should also attended by some politicians

who were responsible for sending them into harms way in the first place,

God Bless all who serve have served and will serve, and God Bless the PATRIOT GUARD RIDERS.

  • @kinlochighlander Thank you for watching and taking time to comment!

  • I currently Serve and I leave in December and if anything should happen god for bid i would be honored to have yous at my Funeral

  • @jimmyv84 God bless you, Jimmy and Godspeed. I hope the only time we meet is when I shake your hand and thank you for my freedom.

  • WOW!

What a emotional video deplicting a fine group of veterans and the number of people who turned out to pay respects for one of our nations heros. Seeing all the uniformed personel paying respects it quite emotional for me. But seeing the young people with their hands over their heart gives me hope for the future.

You would think that in my 33 years of sevice between the military and the FD that I would be not tear like a baby....but this video did just that.

    With respect.

    Gunner

  • @cbarsonfire Thanks, Gunner. That was the first time I'd attended a PGR "Mission." I was concerned that I would not be able to focus on my video, but the work actually kept me from becoming emotional that day. However, as I was editing, I couldn't hold back my tears. The respect and honor shown by the military and PGR is admirable, but the little children with their hands on their hearts gets me every time. Thank you for your service to our country and for taking time to watch and comment.

  • I am not American, but i respect your patriotism for your homeland and fallen heroes. My Hat is off to you and your families in their times of loss..

  • @taureanbull66 Thank you, Taurean. Your humanity is illustrated in your respect and sympathy. Thank you for taking time to watch and comment.

  • Your production is so far above the normal U tube........it really does make a difference when you actually know what you're doing.........wonderful to watch this...

  • @Vulcancruiser Thank you, Vulcan, for your kind and humbling comments. I had been struggling with the fact I had to shoot this entire project with a hand-held camera. I am happy that you like the video and hope you will share it with your friends. Thank you again for taking time to comment.

  • I'm a Desert Storm Veteran, son of a Korean War Veteran, nephew of a Vietnam Veteran, Grandson of a World War 2 Veteran, Great Grandson of a World War 1 Veteran, and so on. Stay Frosty.

  • @wiccanmoonman Thank you for your service to our country and for my freedom. I appreciate that you took time to comment.

    God Bless the PGR.

  • @antny151 Thank you for watching and taking time to comment. God bless you.

  • Holy crap this video almost made me cry. The world often judges americans as some stupid fat pricks, but when you see this you realize what a heartfull and loving nation you are. Seeing so many ppl standing on the streets, saluting, having the hand on the heart, man that just brought some tears. You are some awesome folks, man I wish my country would be just a little bit like you. In germany you barely see any flags and patriotism is hard thing to find. I admire you guys. Semper Fi.

  • @Korvan1993 Thank you. You honor us with your comments. There are, indeed, many who stand in honor of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice - and those who still fight every day - to sustain freedom and our way of life here in America and around the World.

Most time all it takes is for one voice to speak out. Perhaps you'll start flying a flag at your home and spur some local patriotism. Thank you again for watching and for taking time to comment.

  • I did not expect this from California. Sorry I doubted you guys.

  • @fishblades Please don't judge us all. These people in California, Conservative OR liberal, still stand for our fallen warriors. You'd be surprised to learn that the woman who tells the story while driving her van is about as far to the left as one can get! Thank you for your (somewhat left-handed) compliment and for taking time to write.

  • my grandfathers and my father were military and my brother is active military and i have the most respect for them and taught me to have respect for the flag and how to salute properly and to have respect for those families that are laying their loved ones to rest

  • @bboronda Glad you took time to watch and comment. God Bless the USA.

  • I was in this escort, and have to say this. To see all of the children and the high school kids lined up, brought tears to my eyes.

  • @deleontow Thank you. I am glad you liked the video and I appreciate your comments. The children were a very poignant piece of this video. If you look closely, you can see a few of the elementary school kids saluting. It IS hard to watch without shedding a tear. Thank you again, for commenting, and for your service wit the PGR.

  • Thank you, Allie.

  • @cormizer I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. Thank you for letting those in the Patriot Guard know what they meant to you. And thank you for taking the time to comment about this video.

  • So powerful! Thank you for sharing this. I am a military mom amd spouse. Thank you Patriot Guard!

  • @julieh2o And thank you, too, Julie, for your sacrifice. We often forget the sacrifices made by those at home.

  • Nice video... love the music that you used in it!

  • @yane381 Thank you!

  • This was truly an amazing video. Very good work. Thank you PGR for all the good you do, and all the evil you prevent these gold star families from seeing and hearing. Every one of you is a blessing, and a hero.

  • @emountm Thank you for your compliments. I am glad you liked this video and, I'm sure, the PGR appreciates your support!

  • Dear Patriot Guard Riders: YOU ARE AWESOME!! YOU ARE GREAT AND FANTASTIC AND DOING GOOD WORK! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

I find it utterly despicable and deplorable that people would actually protest a funeral. Good grief. On a very simple and small scale it is a horrible thing to do to a grieving family. On a national scale, it is a horrible thing to do a fallen brother or sister.

Thanks again for being AWESOME PATRIOTS!!!

  • @lionmml Well said. Thank you for commenting and for your support of these amazing people.

  • cookie you did good job on this video im a meber of the partiot guard riders and my ride captian was actally in the video his name is gunney

  • @bigbadjohn32 John. thanks for commenting. I agree, Cookie did a terrific job. Thank you for riding!

  • This is the best production I've seen yet. Every mission I ride with these great men is so emotional, and especially the KIA. God bless and protect our troops.

  • @pearlwhitewing Thank you so much, Pearl. I am glad you liked the video. Thank you for riding and honoring our heroes!

  • AdStarProductions, this is one of the best short docs on PGR that I have seen; even beats the news media reports. Thank you for this great tribute to Joey Torre, and to the men, women and children who showed their patriotism that day.

  • @vgeiger You honor me with your compliments. I am glad you like it and it was my honor to spend those few hours with these Patriots.

  • Cookie, have you contacted the high school and elementary about this video. It would be great for the kids to see this presentation, and how their participation added to the honor of Spc. Torre's life.

  • Thank You Cookie.I am so glad to see more and more of our members getting involved in promoting what we "Stand " for rather then who we are as individuals .Our love to you from up north.GOD Bless and Good Life.

Utah State Chaplain Pastor Mike -PGR

  • Thank you so much for making this video....I am so honored to call Cookie my PGR sister and a friend, she did a great job explaining how it feels to honor our heroes. Even tho I was there for this, needed many tissues watching it again...especially those school children all along the fence....that school is awesome for teaching them to honor our hereos..again THANK YOU...I feel blessed to be a part of this amazing group of brothers and sisters - the Patriot Guard Riders <3

I always say..I honor heroes and I travel in the company of heroes...I am blessed and humbled. Bethie "Sweet B"

  • @bethiewethie909 Thank you, Sweet B. I've bee wanting to do this for awhile. I am glad I got the opportunity.

  • This is a very touching and great video. Great job....

  • @Greed520 Most kind of you, 520. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

  • Thank you for sharing this poignant video. To each and every man, woman and child that stood in honor of a fallen warrior, thank you. Your presence could not bring back the family's loved one but you brought them honor and respect.

  • @dkcchick17 Thank you so saying so, Chick. I am honored to have ad the opportunity to join the PGR that day.

  • These are Americans at their finest hour. To all those who ride and those who stood in reverence on the streets and in school yards, may our Father richly bless you and keep you, this day and always.

  • @onedeliciousmac

I was attempting to do a thumbs up on your post and hit the thumbs down in error. I am 100% in agreement with your post. (My eyes were still teary from the video.)

  • @dkcchick17 Hey, the things i see - and don't see when I'm not wearing my glasses:) Glad you enjoyed my video. It was my favorite event to shoot - one shot even made the cover of Quick Throttle last June. Blessings.

  • @onedeliciousmac Finest, Mac. At their finest. It was an honor to have been with them that day.

  • Hard to believe I am so blessed to be able to walk amongst and ride with this incredible group of Patriots...
