why are the shadows so long ?.. i played a full race at texas.even though ur racining atlanta. but when i finished completely the whole track just turnd dark with shadows everywhere all the sudden.. makes no sence..
It makes sense to me. At the start of the race the sun would be high in the sky. As the race goes on the sun would head down towards the horizon, making the shadows longer.
Yes it's not extremely realistic. But it is the most realistic NASCAR game out because EA bought the exclusive licensing to NASCAR games and has been putting out pretty sub-par physics engines for years. If you have a NASCAR game that you think is more realistic than NR2003 please let me know.
I don't know what you're smoking or if you're just trying to troll, but NR2003 was and still is the best racing sim to this date. Papyrus was a simulation racing game, and they did such a damn good job of making it people like Denny Hamlin, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Carl Edwards, Jon Wood, and Brad Keselowski enjoyed it, endorsed it on television, and used it to help them in real races.

Believe me, I didn't touch it. I went into the pits right after and it wouldn't let me repair damage because there wasn't any. So if I did touch the wall, the game itself didn't even realize it.
on 09 u can, if ur tires r like all the way worn out

Just as unrealistic as all EA NASCAR games. A slide like that in a real NASCAR race car or NR2003, you would have spun it completely.

except for crashes, NR2003's crashes are way overboard, there is no game that the crashes arent to oveer the hill or under the tree

I don't know, I haven't raced at Daytona for more than 20 or so laps. Maybe in longer races it does.
