Guild Wars PvP Ranger Builds, Part 1

ranger looks shit.

The two first builds you are dependant on the team doing dmg, you just have to be realy relaly fucking good at reading skills being used. (Use your ears and have targets chosen, don't try to interupt the entire team, no one is god).

Touch ranger... only good in packs man... other than that.. you are a fly. That and you apsolutly sucked with it. USE THROW DIRTY MOAR!

The first 2 builds sucked, the only attack skills were the elites, it was the rest of the team doing the work

Few flaws with you showing the touch ranger build such as Throw Dirt on any malee character, kinda messes them up, prevents them from attacking... In short - Saving your team.

Other than that, good memories of these builds.

The touch ranger is one of the most powerful builds ever made... u r about a god, only u do only 65-72 damage and the rupts kill u

The touch ranger is fun to play. I found it to be too specific in its utility (i've used it on some eye bosses with good results though). I gotta admit that i was laughing while you were chasing down the poor Mes:)

The burning arrow degen build is one my favorite setups(depending on the population of fleshy's) with mods to reflect the pve scenario. Nice interrupts btw.

@nelsoncoelho1 yes, its good. but it is hated by the entire community for being easy and cheap to use. its one of the only builds I remember being taken off of the wiki for the infamosity, not for it being nerfed. so be careful and at least dont act like a noob when using it.

I have to say WOW is much better...there seems to be no skill requirement and the movements look quite awful...not to mention wow has tons more spells and better looking gear and epic storyline.

@Random1765 Thats where your wrong. WoW IS better for pvp as you said but the storyline in GW is SO much deeper then WoW and the graphics are amazing.

@Random1765 different games are different ... actually i think classes in gw have more skills ... 250-350 per class and you can choose 2 ... with the eight skill system theres sure less skills to manage but all the interreputs kiting etc etc are still there... also it makes much more better class balance ... also its a common knowledge that gw has better graphics , and it focuses on the storyline more than wow... i think the storyline in gw is better honestly

Before showing off builds, how about practicing with them first so you're at least semi decent at playing them. Apply poison is meant to spread poison, if you just auto attacking the same target, you're not causing as much as you could by tabbing through the rest of the team. A team fully poisoned is more dangerous than 1 poisoned teammate getting auto attacked.

@RogueJin You would be right, but remember, this is an Interrupter, not a degen ranger. I am meant to shut down the teams monk, or if there is none, their elementalist/ damage dealer. The apply poison is meant to give the person extra pressure so that he makes more mistakes. This makes my job much easier.
