This footage must have been shot in around 1996 and turned into a compilation video around 1999 when the Smokin Budda song was released. I noticed the Aaliyah CD poster at 2:36. That CD was released in August 27, 1996. The footage seems concurrent with very similar lighting, quality, res, etc (Same camera used), many locations and people same. There's a calendar on one wall, which if vid was higher quality would pin point exact date. I downloaded this vid the first time in the early 2000s.
