This is actually the kicks exercise from advanced foundation which we are doing at DSS

There's no grade 7 or 8, goes grade 6, inter foundation (which is pretty much just a combo of grade 5 and 6) and then inter, adv1 adv2.

will someone be able to tell me what comes after grade 6 in modern? i think there is grade 7 but ive never heard of grade 8 and not sure when i will go on to intermediate? thanks

@LenaDelovely Its not Advanced 1, not sure wot grade this is but i remember doing it in a previous exam , i am in advanced 1 now.

ISTD Modern dont you just love to hate! It is the weird music that all ways gets me going and that really really posh woman introducting the exercise before the music kicks in. Where do you guys train ya should put some more modern clips on ? Nothing has changed ISTD is so dated when I sat my inter exam back in 2000
