My wife has an old cast iron pan, food seems to stick to it a lot, is there a solution for that? or should we use some more butter or oil?

If food sticks that means something's wrong with the seasoning, or perhaps the pan is washed too often with soap.

you need to heat the pan up first called (curing the pan) and then add the oil and wipe off, then get ready to cook

Great video, keyasset. Please do a video on how to restore cast iron. I bought an old Griswold cast iron skillet that is beautiful on the inside, but the bottom is rough with a bit of rust. I've scrubbed it with an sos pad, oiled and cured it. Hopefully, with continued use, it will bounce back.
