@lala90210 Change your thoughts, to what is great about your body, heart, being kind to others. Focus on the good things, ignore the rest. When you catch yourself in the negative thoughts, switch it to what is good about you. If you have to write a note with 10 or 20 things on it and pull it out and read it. you are all that you need and you are a wonderful spirit.

@lala90210 I Have a teenager and she is not into this, she says she is a realist so i give honor you in that you are looking at this at an early age, Keep learning, it takes time, life is a process, people didn't learn to love their bodies, or manifest overnight, the process of birth takes nine months. the growing of seeds takes time, I have heard Abe say over and over, DO THE WORK, we are all doing the work love, I am 45 at 110 pounds, no boobs lol I stand naked in mirror and LOVE MYSELF!!!!

@lala90210 Congratulations for doing this at such a young age, i wish i knew Abraham when in my teens, although i discovered them in my early 20s. What Abraham says is that you need to take your focus off your current situation. Do whatever it takes to take your focus off. It may be watching something funny, it may be doing something you enjoy. Even for a brief moment, when you are feeling good (and not focusing on the problem), you are actually getting closer to the body you want.

The more you practice, the better you will get. Trust me. Just focus on feeling good, and the things you dont want dissolve by themselves. No physical action is required, but to make it your intention to look for good feeling thoughts. I found the first month very intense, as if i was being tested. I kept having more negative experiences, but each time, i got better at focusing on good feeling thoughts, and after 1 month, things really turned around for me. Listen to their mp3s every day

Ive listened to alot of other teachers for the past 10 years, and Abraham by far exceeds the rest. There is no such thing as " New Age" or "cult" which refers to Abraham, Seth, Bashar and etc. All these teachers have existed throughout ages but only people who seek true knowledge come in touch with them, and those who dont care for answers dont! As simple as that. What they tell us, is true knowledge which has been kept secret from the masses to supress the masses. What they say is physics and how the Universe works. @wavepsychic - I know what you mean- I used to feel the same way. This is what I did, and maybe it will help you? I remembered how I felt when I was in awe (for me it was when I was in a beautiful place in the mountains, appreciating all that was around and imagining how it all became). For you it may be something or someone you recieved- that feeling is gratitude. Then instantly visualize what you want and transfer this feeling of gratefulness to your visualization.

@wavepsychic - It takes practice too and for some an emotion they are not used to feeling. It is difficult for my daughter, literally painful, to feel gratefulness because she has learned from others the backward belief that she is happy when she is sad so seems to have shut this feeling off. So we are working on feeling gratefullness for what she has NOW and that it is ok to be happy from a POSITIVE emotion and thankfully she is becoming happier all the time.

And I have already been trying to get in to vortex and then visualize. So thank you. I still most of the time just feel okay. And I have a very hard desire of getting my full head of hair but it's so hard to remember what it felt like when I used to like my hair.

This is all well and good, but how do you deal with an evil act? For instance, if you see a child being kidnapped, what should you do? If you have the opportunity to physically stop the kidnapper, should you do it even if it means violence? I think you should, but I'm not sure what Abraham's teaching is on this.

I love this teaching but it's painful to hear the audio or see the video of Esther, as she starts out with that phony Zsa Zsa accent and then lapses into her regular voice. I'll continue to ignore it, but it does takes some effort to do so.

Also, by your logic, why should teachers be paid at all, or doctors, or anyone for that matter? Esther and Jerry are human. Thks for your comment. However, I respecfully partially disagree. The moment you say "beware" then you are upstream. You have to trust that your faith is enough and the Universe takes care of the rest, including ensuring that your faith IS enough

Also, remember that in this moment we are living the result of our past thoughts and actions. Don't give up just because something showed up that you don't want. Instead keep intending what you want and moving downstream
