You have to reduce the width of the video in half, move it all the way left, then duplicate it and put it all the way right. This must be done in post processing before the upload...

actualy there is an advantage to this what ever kind of glasses you have look into one color and you will only see the objects of that color now ( i have magenta and green) i look into the magenta and i see woody because he is magenta but i dont see what is green so if you think about it it is kind of image filtering

you clearly dont know why 3d videos look 3d... they look 3d because the video is shot from 2 cameras that represent the left and right eye... the 2 angles make things appear to pop out just as we would see them in real life... you cant just upload a regular video and expect you tube to use its magic juice to turn it into a 3d video... anyway from what i under stand you upload video with the 2 angles side by side landscape and youtube does the overlapping and colour formatting

@xMirax Black glasses use the same technology as the coloured ones, but because they are based on polarized light, as well as your tft monitor, one of your eyes would only see a black image.

With a special monitor it can work though.

@xMirax Your RealD 3D glasses wont work with anything other than special cinemas. You need a special type of projector and a special type of screen, both of which are extremely expensive. It is physicaly impossible to re-create the effect with a computer monitor or T.V. screen.
