this is great, just want to let you know I appreciate this... as someone looking for an apartment this is the best way to check it out and not be duped into thinking it is something else, very up front and forward.
if this wasn't a condo id be all over it but alas, i'm a glassblower and woudln't like blowglass in a condo! (you do it in the garage, not in the actual condo but you never know if neighbors will suck)
