ok my question is why are you doing this to a saturn...? i have to do this or a hydroboost to my charger cause my cam has very little vacuum... but why are doing to your saturn im confused...? thanks
hi greg... i have no vacuum reservoir and get 2 or 3 pumps before the pump kicks on. and no pulsing. i agree with eric about the settings on your vacuum switch. i used a vacuum gauge while setting the on and off settings - done by turning nuts. that switch looks so tiny. mine is bigger than my fist. ...brandon
It appears as if the vacuum switch has a very small hysteresis. This means it has a very small vacuum differential between on and off. Another brand of vacuum switch with a larger hysteresis may improve the situation.
use solid state relays ;) because contacts burns sooner or later...

The Saturn has been converted to electric and has no internal combustion engine. The vacuum is needed for the power brakes.

@zugletev you need a bigger vessel to store the vacuum
