This in a way mirrors Superman's Funeral for a Friend in terms of the atmosphere given when all the heroes in full costume (though I'm still questioning why they're not pushing Impulse into a more FLASH style costume given the introduction of Jay Garrick in Season 9) but that pyramid of light must be powerful if it can take out the entire JLA and have that iconic comic book cover shot of everyone being out cold. HOPEFULLY come finale, Bart's the Flash for sake of DC continuity.

Do you know what we are missing? Batman (Bruce Wayne), Wonder Woman (Princess Diana of Themyscira), and the modern Green Lantern (Hal Jordon, John Stewart, Kyle Rayner, or Guy Gardner). I totally love that Lois is in the gang. She was the only person there without powers but she still fit right in because she is such a strong woman. And right in the front of the line carrying the coffin.

It was an amazing scene and the hand hold was the best. my heart breaks tho because we don't get new clois scenes for over a month!

Maybe it's the feminist in me, but I loved Lois in this scene :) (even though everyone else was great too). I think the people behind the camera loved her too, since she seemed to be the one to notice the white pyramid first.

Loved her outfit too - the black leather jacket looking really good with Clark's deep red one.

The two looked perfect as they held hands...united even in the darkest of times...now that's true love :).

@Micromusecut I know!!! But I don't think that will be the case. If you see the Smallville 2011 preview, Lois calls Clark "an American hero" and Clark says in the end that "they took my powers Lois". So I don't think the writers will be stupid enough to waste what little time we have left with such nonsense.
