Otherwise youre just treading water trying to CONVINCE yourself to BELIEVE! I made the banner on my cell say BELIEVE because thats the most crucial point of The Secret. Thanks for this vid! ;)

The mind,brain and body are connected. sometimes we have chemical imbalances in the brain but if we take physical and mental ACTION we can change how we feel.BELIEF actually has an effect on the inner core of the brain. So people,if your not happy take action to change. Don't be afraid to believe and try new concepts. Get out of your chair.
